This is a Wheatstone 18-Key Miniature with steel reeds. It has had new pads and valves, and been tuned to concert pitch (A=440hz). The central rows are a G scale.

Miniatures are very rare things, especially when you consider the fact that they have the same level of engineering and design as a standard concertina, but in a much smaller shell! This is a good, strong player, and is a rare miniature in the sense that the bellows are powerful enough to play single notes without the need for a tremelo playing style.
