This is a Wheatstone 56-Key Extended-Treble Aeola. It has been fitted with new pads, valves and straps, and tuned to concert pitch (A=440hz). The serial number of this instrument is 26060.

The Wheatstone Aeola is the peak of the English Concertina. It is beautifully constructed, has a gorgeous and balanced tone, plays very well and has a fantastic set of top Wheatstone reeds. Some people can be put off by an extended-treble, thinking that it must be bigger/heavier than a standard treble because of the top notes that nobody will really use. In reality, this concertina would feel exactly the same as a treble in the hands, and the extra notes being above the standard treble layout means that the fingers would be in the exact same position as they would be on a regular treble concertina. This is a really lovely instrument.
