This is an early Wheatstone Tutor-Model Concertina. It has been fitted with new pads and valves, and has been tuned to concert pitch. The bellows have been professionally re-bound.

We’re both very big fans of this sweet little concertina. Whilst it may have 4-fold bellows and brass reeds, it has the sweetest mellow tone and plays almost unbelievably quickly. The ends are in fairly brilliant condition too. No player of the English Conertina would find this concertina too slow or too difficult to play. A cracking little thing.
