This is a Lachenal 48-Key Crane Duet with Steel Reeds. It has been fitted with new pads and valves, and has been tuned to concert pitch.

As you can see, the concertina is fitted with a set of bellows made from accordion bellows materials as opposed to concertina bellows, but they are completely airtight and work well. They are 7-fold which means they have a of pull and they are very flexible.
