This is a Wheatstone 32-Key Anglo in Ab/Eb with steel reeds. It has been fitted with new pads, valves and 6-fold bellows, and tuned to concert pitch (A=440hz). The serial number is 27286.

This is an opportunity to own a fantastic Wheatstone anglo in an unusual key. Ab/Eb concertinas often end up being tuned down to G/D as it tends to be a more saleable instrument due to G/D being a more ‘useful’ key, but we always like to keep a few anglos in stock in these slightly different keys as that’s how they were intended to be! This is a really lovely instrument- it looks fantastic and plays like a dream. Very responsive with a lovely tone. It has new shiny foil bellows papers which may divide people- Chris isn’t a fan but Ciaran loves them!
