This is a Lachenal 20-Key Anglo with steel reeds. It has been fitted with new pads, valves and straps, and has been tuned to concert pitch (A=440hz).

This is a fairly standard Lachenal rosewood 20-Key anglo. Still at the bottom end of the anglo concertina spectrum, but a certain upgrade from Lachenal’s brass-reeded, mahogany-ended 20-Keys. It was a well-rounded tone with a fair amount of volume, and isn’t responsive in comparison with a top anglo, but is definitely more playable and responsive than the majority of genuine 20-Key anglos.
