This is a Lachenal 20-Key Anglo in C/G with steel reeds. It has been fitted with new pads, valves and straps, and been tuned to concert pitch (A=440hz).

This is a fairly standard darkwood Lachenal 20-Key. It is in pretty good original condition, and whilst it’s definitely not a top player from a great Lachenal period of manufacturing, it’s a great starting point for somebody looking to give the Anglo concertina a go. It is fairly responsive with a balanced tone.
