This is a Jeffries 45-Key Anglo in Bb/F with steel reeds. It has fully working pads and valves, and has been tuned to concert pitch (A=440hz).

It’s good to start out by saying that this is incredible value for the quality of Jeffries being offered here. Of course, value is affected by the fact that Jeffries with over 38-keys are less popular and Bb/F, whilst become increasingly desirable, will never be at the level of demand as C/Gs will. But this is a very nice Jeffries instrument. It is responsive and in good condition (there are a couple of adhesive patch marks from where microphones were previously fitted), and has that trademark Jeffries tone which is where their value lies.
