This is a Jeffries 30-Key Anglo in C/G with steel reeds. It has been fitted with new bellows, bushings, pads, straps and valves, and been tuned to concert pitch (A=440hz).

You may notice that this is priced a little lower than a 30-Key Jeffries in C/G would normally cost. This is due to the fact that the action board has a a fully-repaired crack in it, and that the reeds had been completely moved around and messed with before it came to us. They’ve been put back in their proper places and a couple have been replaced with other Jeffries reeds where necessary, but originality when it comes to reeds does affect value when it comes to Jeffries’. Having said that, this is clearly a concertina in very good aesthetic condition, and it’s still a fantastic player despite the life it’s had. This is a great opportunity to own a genuine Jeffries 30-key in the most desirable key for a chunk-less money than you’d usually be paying.
