This is a Lachenal 30-Key Anglo in C/G with steel reeds. It has been fitted with new pads, valves and straps, and been tuned to concert pitch (A=440hz).

As you can see, this is a concertina in very tidy condition. This is obviously helped by the fact that it is a later period Lachenal anglo, so it’s had less time to pick up wear over the years. It’s a pretty responsive instrument with a well-rounded tone, and is a really nice box to accompany singing or to play chords. It can obviously play tunes too, but it’s not built for ultra-fast playing.
