This is a Lachenal 20-Key Anglo in C/G with steel reeds (serial number 176988). It has been fitted with new pads and valves, and been tuned to concert pitch (A=440hz).

This is pretty much everything you’d expect from a starter 20-Key anglo for this kind of money. It’s a great instrument to start learning the anglo system, but will obviously need upgrading once a certain level is reached to something with more buttons/notes. It’s a decent player- obviously not as responsive as a higher-end instrument, but responsive enough to start playing. It has a well-rounded tone.

Remember that, in the UK, we give you back what you paid for an instrument in an upgrade situation, as long as it’s been kept in relatively good condition!
