Collection of Strange and Unique Miniature Concertinas

We’ve just acquired a collection of peculiar and unusual miniature concertinas, which we’d really like to keep all together. Due to to that, we’re hoping to sell them unrestored, as putting each concertina through restoration would likely end up with them being separated, and we believe that there will be somebody out there who is interested in the lot as a whole. They come with a custom fitted case as pictured, which displays an International Concertina Association badge.

The concertinas include-

3 English-system Miniatures (12-Key Crabb, 12-Key Wheatstone and a 22-Key Miniature Wheatstone Aeola with light bulbs built in- don’t ask us!)

2 strange Duet-esque System Miniatures (Wheatstone 12-Key that slides in half and Wheatstone 16-Key)

Wheatstone 21-Key Miniature (Listed as ‘Special’ in the Wheatstone ledgers). The concertina slides in half, as pictured.

These concertinas belonged to an esteemed music hall performer which explains the quirkiness of the instruments and the systems, and they really are unique things.
