This is a Wheatstone Aeola Treble with steel reeds (serial number 26068). It has been refinished, fitted with new pads, valves, bellows and straps, and been tuned to concert pitch.

This is a lovely example of Wheatstone’s top model of English concertina. It has a top set of steel reeds which are very responsive, a fantastically balanced tone, and a nice action.
