This is a George Case 48-Key Treble with steel reeds. It was fitted with new pads and valves in 2018, and has been tuned to concert pitch (A=440hz).

This instrument came back to us after being sold in 2018, and it has been played thoroughly in that intervening period meaning that it’s currently playing to its maximum potential. It has the benefit of 6-fold bellows and good steel reeds, which give the concertina a nice tone- not too harsh and not too quiet. It’s also pretty responsive, so a good player for this price point.
