This is a Wheatstone Aeola 67-Key Maccann with steel reeds. It has been fitted with new pads and valves, and has been tuned to concert pitch. The serial number is 30591.

This is a really nice example of a top Maccann Duet, made in Wheatstone’s very top period. It is in pretty lovely condition overall, and is a great player- a really responsive set of reeds, but with a slightly more balanced and softer tone than a metal-ended version would generally have. The 8-fold bellows are also a big benefit to song accompanists.
