This is a Wheatstone 61-Key Maccann with steel reeds (serial number 28535). It has been refinished, fitted with new bushings, bellows, pads, valves and straps, and has been tuned to concert pitch.

This is about as nice as a Maccann Duet as you can get before you head into the territory of the Wheatstone Aeolas at a considerably higher price point. This is a nice player with a lovely action and a responsive set of reeds which a balanced tone. It also looks lovely thanks to a thorough restoration.
