This is a lovely Wheatstone 30-Key Anglo in Bb/F that has been fitted with new pads and valves and tuned to concert pitch. The ends have been rebuilt and the bellows have been redone by Steve Dickinson at some point in their life, which always signifies a job well done. The bellows have one patch on them but it has been expertly done.

The best way to describe the done of this concertina is well-rounded. It isn’t the brightest and it certainly isn’t the most mellow, but it’s a fantastic all-rounder. It was used to accompany singing for a big part of its life, which may be useful in giving you some idea of its volume/power.
