A C/G 20 key by Lachenal which has mahogany ends, bone buttons, steel reeds and 5 fold bellows.
It has just been completely gone through with new pads, valves, straps and tuned to concert pitch.
It is number 120917 which would be around 1900.
It has a very good set of reeds and plays quickly and brightly.
The only real issue it had was that -at some point way in the past-a moth had eaten holes in three of the bellows gussets so I have had to reinforce them on the inside-it is invisible on the outside and there was no sign of deterioration to the other parts of the bellows.
A very nice example of what it is.
Just one of an enormous range of anglos going from 20 key to many, many= top Wheatstones and Jeffries-almost all of which are not on the site -so call us for details.
