This is a Wheatstone 46-Key Maccann with steel reeds. It has been fitted with new pads and valves in the last few years, and has been tuned to concert pitch.

This is a really good choice for somebody wanting to get into the Maccann system with something higher-quality. It has a nice set of Wheatstone steel reeds, and a balanced tone due to the baffles that have been fitted behind the ends.
